They used to do good work but this last time was a disaster. They came out four times, replaced two fan motors, replaced a board and still didn't fix the problem. We had leaks and kept asking them to blow the line and they didn't. Got another place to come out and they blew the line and put in the correct fan motor and we haven't had a problem since. Terry Stevens, the Service Tech, texted me 30 minutes before the service time to let me know that he was on his way He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the problem with my water heater. He was very informative and helpful with any and all questions that I had. He was able to repair my water heater in a short amount of time. The fee that I was charged was very fair, I will use this company again. I will also keep in mind that they repair all types of Air Conditioning Systems.
American Air Systems did a great job. The technician was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you for providing such courteous and professional service at a time when it was really needed. I would definitely use your company`s service again and would also gladly recommend American Air Systems to a friend or neighbor.
I had a wonderful experience with American Air Systems. I called with my AC going out plus needed a new thermostat. Terry and Larry arrived just as the appointment was scheduled. They were both professional and courteous. Not only are they local, their price was fair. I will definitely be calling Terry in the future for my air conditioning/heating service needs. I recommend them to anyone.
