Called Robert for an urgent service and he was at my house within an hour. At 6 p.m. Fixed my unit right up with absolute transparency. I cannot recommend American Air enough! They're homegrown, local, and aren't in the business to upsell you or take advantage of you. If you're going to pay anybody for A/C services American Air is who you should call.
Outstanding experience with this company. Reached out in need of having my AC fixed and they showed up and were extremely professional and provided outstanding service.
