Fast and professional service. Easy to work with. I'm was told by others they are a bit pricey. I've used American Air for 3 years+ and I've never been disappointed, in price and speed of service. I also know you don't buy a Chev and expect Cadillac performance and comfort. In my 70 years I've used several HVAC companies who are no longer in business or "we will get to you when ever". "Maybe in a week or two". As far as I'm concerned American Air is the best. David
I was a little panicked when my system was cycling cold air during emergency heat mode, Chelsey made me feel so comfortable right away and that the technician would be able to come that same day! WOW! She also gave me a time frame and called me to update me that his prior service call was taking longer than expected and gave me a new estimated time block of his arrival, still the very same day and only an hour difference from the original time, I am wowed by the attention to detail these guys have in keeping me informed abou... read more
Our experience with American Air has always been excellent and this time was the same. Our service tech Chuck is the best in the business. He is knowledgeable, prompt, always helpful. He will answer any questions and will tell you exactly what he has done and way. Thank you American Air.
Was my last appointment on my first 2 year maintenance plan and all of the technicians have been nothing but professional. Have had no issues with my HVAC unit and glad signed up for another 2 years. My combo unit finally gave out after 17 years. I credit American Air with getting me another 2+ years out it.
