Price gouging ! brought a new air conditioner 2 yrs ago from this company each year I have had to have someone come out and look at it because it has not worked first year it was still under warranty this year I payed $341 (labor) for a part that took 2 mins to be replaced only for it to still not be working. Technician came back out next day only to tell me that the filter needed to be change which he should have caught the day before had he did the full diagnostic and that would be another $100 for diagnostic fee which I r... read more
