My Daikin mini-split system went down, and this company is listed as my local repair center on Daikin's official website. I called and asked that a repair person with experience fixing these systems be sent out. The person sent was a young man whose diagnosis and repair consisted of just calling Daikin on the phone and asking how to reset the main condenser. He then left, charging me $99 for doing nothing. I had a late night request and Lisa responded first thing in the a.m. and was ready to schedule the next day. The technician kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way.
