I just cannot say enough. Our HVAC went out during July of a heat wave. Being a Saturday, I called around with no luck. Then got a tip of a local business with great reviews. Within 30 minutes of speaking with the owner Kurt, he had a serviceman at the door and quickly got to work. Within 10 minutes, the problem was diagnosed, capacitor replaced, and coolent checked. American Air kept out family of four from sleeping in a Sauna. I'm speading the word for sure!!!!

Want to share how pleased we were with American Air. They came out Christmas Eve when our heat went out. Found out needed a part. Not much could be done because of holiday. As soon as everything opened up they found the part and had it over night. Came in late next afternoon and they went beyond to make sure our heat was fixed. Highly recommend this company. They really care about their customers.
We had Kurt out about a month ago to get an estimate on replacing our heatpump. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. But we have not heard back from him. I called multiple times a day and left messages about 10 times over the past 2 weeks. Nobody has returned my calls. Sent multiple emails. No response. Does not seem like my business matters to this company - and they don't seem to have the curtesy to at least call me and tell me to take my business elsewhere.
