You never listen to what I say, and it makes me feel invisible, like my thoughts and opinions have no value at all.
I noticed dust blowing out of the vents just a day later. Clearly not cleaned properly.
What a great experience! The technicians were very professional, and explained everything in detail to me. I had never had the air ducts cleaned, and no after having them cleaned. I will do it every three years or so. My system is extremely clean and is sanitized as well. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again when I need my system cleaned.
Dan and his brother were very professional and did a very good job. They cleaned up well. Dan explained everything and was most polite.Their bid was very fair. We were able to schedule them promptly.
The work delivered showed a lack of expertise and proper planning. Improvements were requested but not implemented correctly.
