Fast, clean and very courteous.
Just went there, talked to the owner. He checked our car out, gave us some free on did a great job. Very honest, trustwor.
Air Conditioning serviced my unit that neighbor said at 6am had sparks coming out. Called local and owner of ACR answered at 930 and said Andrew would arrive between 1030 and 1130. Tech Andrew arrived at 1030, went immediately to the old unit, checked everything, and replaced two wires. Most pleasant young man. I am rating 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. Same for Tila Kahn, owner/manager. Paid basic service charge. Wonderful people.
Timely, detailed, efficient and clean. We couldn't be more pleased with the work done. We hope to use ACR for other services.
We were very pleased with the assistance ACR provided on our mold remediation project in our bathroom. Their knowledgeable technicians and office staff helped us resolve complicated issues left behind by a previous remediator. After the services provided by ACR, we passed the mold reinspection. I am confident the pass was due to their diligence and attention to detail. Services provided were fogging, air scrubbing, and dehumidification.
