Unbelievably unprofessional company. A representative named Tila called our apartment complex office today and threatened us with legal action if we didn't hire them for HVAC remediation. We have zero business history with this company and will absolutely never work with them after receiving a predatory call like that. Unethical, aggressive, and completely unacceptable—and thankfully, the entire call was recorded.
This is an update to an earlier, incomplete review… I decided to return and complete the review, once I was familiar with the format. Maintenance for 2 HVAC units. Technician: David Suarez David has been maintaining our HVAC units for years. He’s always professional, patient, knowledgeable, and explains everything in relatable terms… and friendly. One of a kind.
David has maintained my AC for many years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. And never any up-selling! I have a new AC unit, and I appreciate his dedication to learning the new sophisticated technology needed to keeping the unit running properly. He even found a mistake in their manual set up instructions. I appreciate both David and Lisa (in the office) for their strong customer service and their commitment to me as a customer.
I highly recommend Tim at American Air Conditioning & Restoration. He's knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain exactly what's going on instead of trying to upsell you on things you don't need. His pricing is fair, his work is top-notch, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers. If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and skilled, Tim is the person to call. I'll definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.
If you need your AC serviced, ask for David! He just left our house and I cannot say enough good things about his work. He was completely professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly meticulous from start to finish. He didn't rush through the job and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Outstanding service! If I ever open an air conditioner business, I would steal him away from this company and doubled his pay😉
