Do Not use this company for any type of heat and air service!! We spent over $15,000 on a brand new HVAC system four years ago for our home and it has never worked right! For the past 4 years, our heat freezes up and stops working and then we are without heat completely during all of the bitter cold weather! 1st off I have no idea who this is, we do not have a customer by the name of Kara R*********. I just spoke to a James R********* and getting his account straight as I type this. I do not know anything about heat freezing up, we usually respond to service calls within 24 hrs.
