Honest, communicative, and just really nice people. I would never use another company. They were very honest and fair with my grandmother. I used them for a new AC unit at my house. They are knowledgeable, professional, and price is good. Very excited to enjoy the new unit. My house is older and the wiring and old material makes everything just a little bit more of a pain, and this awesome team never made me feel bad about it. Great attitudes. I feel like they went above and beyond.

I had to share my experience with this company. I had another company come out and gave me a quote for cleaning my ac vents. 1700$ I called around and was getting same kind of deal. Then I called American Air and was so happy I did. I told him just like I did with all the other places that my unit was a new construction only a year old. He said for his clear conscience that my vents don't need cleaning and to change my filters every 30 days instead of every few months that I was doing. I had a clogged line in my HVAC unit that I luckily noticed when the emergency drip line starting leaking out on the front of my home. I called American Air that night and they were out fixing my system the very next day. The gentlemen that came were professionals in every way, awesome to deal with, and let me know everything happening. I know who I'll be using moving forward. Thank you so much!
