I spent $24,000 to have my whole system replaced. It was the dead heat of summer & too dangerous for my pets to be in the house so we went for it even though it seemed high. We felt like their on-site customer service and attentiveness was worth it and we would have a good relationship with this company in the future for service etc. We got the service plan as well.
