My husband & I have used This man's service a few times now and he is very professional. He's trustworthy and gets right to the job. We will never call anyone else when we need heating or AC repairs.I highly recommend American Air.
Very pleased - able to get me an appointment in between jobs when my A/C wasn't working. I was concerned due to the age of the unit I was going to be looking at a new one but instead he was honest and told me I just needed a repair for now but will need to be replaced in a few years. Gave me some great advice to save me money when replacing it so I'll be calling back when I'm ready for that.
Very nice, considerate people! They did a great job, went the extra mile, and honored the price quote even though the job took longer than expected. If Rob's brother in law comes along for the job, you will probably get some comic relief thrown in for free. :) I'm very happy, and definitely recommend this company!

Ditto to the above comments about the excellence of service and promptness. We called American Air on a Saturday, just afternoon, and Rob was at our temporary RV location in less than 30 minutes. Rob was courteous, went quickly to work and repaired our drainage leak in the rooftop AC in near 90* heat. The charges were what I thought was on the low side. We highly recommend American Air in Post Falls, ID

Great, great and GREAT! My experience with American Air was 5-Star all the way around. They answered their phone - they really are 24 hours! Everything about them was professional, courteous and affordable. They did a fantastic job fixing our furnace (mid winter no less). And they were very clean. I cant believe how clean my laundry room was. They did a few extra little things that they didnt need to do. They are programmed into my phone for good now.
