I’ve been a client of the Petersen group for a number of years. My agent, Samantha Gilpatrick has always had our best interests at heart, from our auto and home policies to our umbrella. She has always reminded me of upcoming renewals, with concerns about possible changes with our policies. In case of needed attention to claims, she has always been considerate, both timely and monetarily. Altho we only “speak” a few times each year, I feel I can call her a friend, and I can sleep well, knowing yhat she’s out there.
