DON'T use these guys at all costs...... 1st time using them they missed 2 appointments, had to keep on them to get them out. 2nd time using them, they said they have to start on a Tuesday or Thursday, set up to come out on Thursday. Never showed up, no calls. then tried calling Friday, Monday, and Tuesday with leaving messages when they should have been answering. Between my sister and I we have had a total of 4 shoulder surgeries, plus 1 pending. American Advantage Healthcare has taken beautiful care of us. They are professional yet very gentle, kind, knowledgeable and provide the best care. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs Therapy . They're the best!

Grandparents have had care from this company for years. Unfortunately, grandma passed away and we still needed care for grandpa at home. We called just trying to hopefully get in contact with the nurse who usually visits on Saturday’s because she didn’t visit last week and the man who answered the phone was very rude. I understand it wasn’t typical “office hours” (11am Saturday) but a simple “I can’t do anything to help you today, but we can reach out on Monday” would have done okay.
