I put in my insurance information on the websiteAnd it said I was approved For inpatient and outpatient services. When I talk to someone on the phoneFrom American Addiction centersThey said that my insurance wasn't approved and if I could afford $3,000

I am very dissatisfied with the service that we are receiving this time from the American Addiction Centers. Prior to coming we receiving numerous calls but now I realize it was about getting the money. We dealt with Shawna who called me non stop and even stated if my husband is not happy he could transfer to the location he went to before which was Greenhouse in TX. He is currently at Desert Hope in NV. Now that he is there and they have the money this is DAY 3 with not a single call back from Shawna. Treatment will only wo... read more

Addiction treatment isn’t an easy industry to work in, and the people here are here for the right reasons. The facilities are always looking for ways to improve their offerings and support patients and their families through a difficult time.

Hey let me tell you something, this place is amazing. They helped me with my addiction to the max. The nurses station was full of fun crazy people. I also enjoyed working with other staff as well. Hat off to Laguna center. Additionally, the after care program is amazing.
