Great place, however today 5/30 it says it's open 8am to 1pm, but when I went there it was closed. I was advised by my dialysis center to go there before it closes because no one was calling us back after taking information. When I went there No one was there at 10:30 am with locked doors.

Teresa is a breath of fresh air in the madness that can be managing my mother-in-laws health care. She is so easy to work with and empathetic. She calls to give me a heads up in advance of our appointment if she notices there referral is expired and she needs a new referral. I am so grateful for her! The staff is so friendly and understanding.
