The technician was clearly inexperienced and acted annoyed when I asked basic questions. He tracked dirt through my home and left without even confirming if the heat was working. Never again.
I called American A/C & Heating Systems, Inc. to fix my unit, and they said it was a quick fix. It worked for five days before breaking down again. When I called back, they told me it would be another service fee. Not fair and not professional.
The initial quote seemed reasonable, but the final bill included charges for things I never agreed to. When I questioned it, they told me “that’s standard.” Feels like a scam.
They installed a new A/C unit, but I had issues with the thermostat the next day. I called multiple times, and they never followed up. No support, no service, just silence. Totally unreliable.
