We at Rebound Healthcare Systems were very impressed with Americall's service. Headset we ordered arrived quickly and they came to install, and they made the whole process easy and one less thing we needed to worry about. Today we called for service and Ed came out to assist. He had such a great attitude and was very helpful. He went above and beyond when asked if he could help move phone from a difficult spot to a more convenient spot.
