After several years of service with this company, we are surprised we stuck with them for so long, given the level of incompetence. After giving very clear instructions on the order of numbers to call to contact us while we were out of the office, call center employees repeatedly called our home phone number, leaving dozens of voicemail messages. This obviously doesn't work when a patient is having an emergency and we are out of town. We contacted Americall on many occasions to remind them to please call our cell phone, time... read more
