Literally the worst. Barb is cool
They've always been very professional and courteous throughout my time leasing from them. The bottomline with any property management company is if you treat them well (pay your rent on time, be nice, don't destroy the property or piss off the neighbors), then they will treat you well. Americal has been very professional in how they've handled my requests for repairs in the past and I look forward to renting through them well into the future.
this guys are racist they will ask for your name and then what type of job to determine before they show the rental properties i don't recommend them to any one
