American United has been the personal lender for our family now for 2 decades. We were able to refinance a few times as interest rates declined and now we are able to pull out some equity as the market appreciated. Joe and his team are amazing. Also, as a real estate attorney, I have closed 100s of loans with AUMC and find them to be always on time and at the top of their game. They do a wonderful job for my clients. Great work guys.
Found this mortgage broker randomly thru the website and I couldn't be happier. Joe was so easy to deal with, the nicest guy, and very knowledgeable. He made the process so much easier than dealing with than the big banks. Not only that he got me a much better deal that the banks were not able to match and closed alot quicker than them as well. I'm not sure what more you can ask. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance.
This is the second time we've used Joe, Lucretia and the team with our home purchase and again it was seamless. Joe is obviously very knowledgeable and personable but I appreciate how he is able to break things down so I understand exactly what is going on and where we are in the process.
