Was not interested in coming back out to replace 3 shingles due to my warranty being expired.
Would not warranty a 4 year old roof with torn shingles. Said I did not transfer warranty from the guy I bought the house from (new roof was in contract to purchase house). No storm damage, no other houses on block lost shingles or had roofs replaced.
