The tech smelled like alcohol. I'm pretty sure he was drunk on the job. No way to prove it, but unprofessional.
They used generic parts instead of OEM. Caused more problems later. When I complained, they said "parts are parts."
Multiple branches, same pattern. Each branch's reviews look like they share reviews. Not real customer experiences.
Hired Glendale branch. Came on time, but after service, new problems appeared. Called, said they'd come—never did. Warranty meant nothing. Their reviews only talk about 5-stars, not warranty claims.
