They advertised a "senior discount" but refused to honor it after the work was done.
Their office staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to resolve a billing issue. Raised their voice at me.
They claimed my air ducts were full of mold and showed me a photo. Reverse image search showed it was a stock photo from the internet.
Their "free estimate" turned into $89 after they came out. The fine print says "free with repair." I didn't authorize a repair.
They overcharged for a simple repair. Paid $400 for what another company later said should have been $150. Felt cheated.
