America Roofing recently replaced my 23-year-old shingle roof and I couldn't be more pleased with everything. From start to finish, Jason Brown, my primary contact with America, was honest, transparent and extremely professional. And their price beat all the other companies I called for quotes. I highly recommend America roofing. They get an A+ in my book.
They did the roofing for my new Richmond American home, and didn't do a good job. Tiles are chipped and cracked, tiles are missing, tiles are not aligned properly, and this is all right over the entrance, the most visible part of the roof. I'm trying to get it fixed, but I have to go through Richmond American to do anything. I'm considering just paying a legitimate roofer just to spare myself the stress of begging for people to fix what I already paid them to do once.
