Stay away from this company. I was about to rent a home through America One Luxury Real Estate (property manager Melvin Comstock) and I’m glad I dodged this bullet. I spoke with Melvin about a home we were drafted a lease for and had simple questions about the current conditions of the place & details drafted in the lease.
