It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. I hired American On Time Limo doing business as New Diamond Limo to pick me up from JFK and bring me to my home in NJ. I booked weeks in advance and had a confirmation email. When we arrived at JFK no one was there to pick us up. I called their office and a man informed me they would be there in 20 mins.
