Kent And Janeen have a unique offering. For $495 and 1% at closing, they list your property on MLS (Multiple Listing Service...... the one Realtors use and the public studies). Big savings. However, you do a lot of the work. YOU handle the showings. You are basically a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) but with professional level Google MLS advertising exposure. Horrible experience. We listed a home with Kent, and he has done nothing except put in on the MLS. He did not come here to list the property (done at his office), and has even refused to come to the home to show it with another agent. Communication has been nil. We did get one offer, which was "presented" to us as an email a day after it was received. Go somewhere else if you want good service.
