When concerns were raised, I expected a prompt and professional response. Instead, I encountered delays and limited effort to resolve the issues.
I was highly dissatisfied with the professionalism shown. The quality of work was below average and customer support was almost non-existent.
Currently have 2 plumbers tearing out drywall because of a faulty washer shut off valve. Steve wrote in his report, "appear to be ok". I do not live in Denver and could not be at the inspection. Simply turning the vale would have revealed the issue as that is what happened post-closing. Steve clearly did not perform his duties. When I reached out, he did not respond in anyway to try and resolve the issue.
Steve was fantastic all around - cannot recommend enough. We walked the entire house with him, and he patiently explained everything as it came up. I feel like I got a 10 year education over the course of those few hours, and am extremely grateful for how thorough and knowledgable he was. Several potentially major electrical issues were discovered that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. We will certainly be hiring Steve again at the next house, and would highly encourage you to do the same!
I had a fantastic experience with Steve during our home inspection. He was very professional and thorough, taking the time to walk us through the entire process in person.
