We had a mud room area in our garage and 5 Closests design and installed with America In-Home. The two gentlemen that came for the install were wonderful, kind , cleaned up all work areas, very efficient and well organized, and walked is through how all the shelves can be adjusted. They were simply great! My husband and I have truly enjoyed working with this company!!! Every part of the process with them was smoother than we could have imagined. Central vac wands were replaced with "USED PARTS". When questioned, Melissa said they do that just to try to save the customer a few bucks. I was not told of this "policy" prior to the repair or after. I caught the "USED PARTS" on my own once I got home. I told her it is NOT their choice to replace with "USED PARTS: I will never use America In-Home again & I will NOT recommend their service department! I wonder who will get my USED PARTS on their next repair???
