This is the second time we worked with America-in-Home. The first time in May of 2001 where they designed a wonderful office and Master bedroom closet, two walk-in closets and an entrance closet. It all worked great and twice in 17 years they came back once to replace a file cabinet drawer where the material was pealing off. No charge and once to replace halogen lights with LED lights. We had a great designer but he has since left. Now when I call with concerns, I get sent to voicemail and rarely without myself checking back do I get a return phone call. For the cost of the product, their customer service does not match that level.
