I actually used Chris for several properties. One thing that I admired most about Chris was his honesty and integrity. There's a lot of dishonest, and unethical people in Real Estate, and Chris still managed and manages to perform with the highest standards. I can't say enough about him. Chris is a humble person, not weak. He REALLY knows his stuff.
