Perry and Clint from AMH Maintenance were awesome! They were helpful, friendly, and super efficient in their work. My dishwasher and sink were fixed so fast and work wonderfully now. Im super happy with my experience with them!

Update Their manager called and gave every excuse possible, was extremely condescending and rude. Tried to lecture on what the difference between renting a house and renting a hotel room was. Keep it up and continue treating your customers in a condescending way and more ppl will stop renting from this company. Terrible customer service. Refuses to fix any issues. They keep pushing it off as tenant responsibility. Don’t rent from this company.
