He did a great job replacing the disposal and even fixed an issue with the front door while he was here. Quick and clean work!
This ceiling damage has remained unrepaired for approximately one month with no clear timeline for resolution. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding this issue, yet no meaningful action has been taken by AMH to complete the repair. When I contacted customer service for the third time to follow up, I was simply offered the opportunity to submit another maintenance request rather than being provided with an update or scheduled repair date.
