America First used to be our go-to for loans and great customer service.. I don't know what's happening in the last little while but we got 2 loans from them recently and they have been a total nightmare to the point where we are going to work and moving all our stuff over to Security Service CU.

I have been with @America first credit union for the past 4 years 8 month and can certainly say they have the Worst customer service you could expect from a credit union. They try to cheat the customer when they try to club your auto loans by taking off the existing GAP insurance in spite of you paying for the insurance. They save your phone numbers and when they get to see any problem, they purposefully put you on a block list and you'll be made to hear their automated message for at least 15 minutes every time you call. Terrible branch. Waits are always long and the system always seem to be "down." Try another bank.

I've used both Wells Fargo and America First for over 7 years with Wells Fargo being our primary bank and it's been interesting to see how both institutions have changed. Wells Fargo keeps adding random fees just for the privilege of banking with them while AF keeps improving their services and terms. I recently spoke with Wells Fargo to let them know that we had another arbitrary fee come up. I had a super bad experience there. I had to wait 15 mins when it was not busy at all. And there were a lot of personnel. Im really surprised because they're usually fast. Just bad...
