Everyone who works here is super nice They recommended me the correct services / accounts for my situation. They ask questions to understand the situation to ensure they're giving the correct information When I lost my card it was replaced same day! Their app works very well and I like being able to connect to external accounts.
Courtney is PHENOMENAL!! I visited America First Credit Union with my sister to help her finance a car. We ran into several complications, but Courtney stayed way past closing time to work through it with us until we were finally approved for financing. She truly went above and beyond in her level of customer service. Courtney was super patient and kind throughout the whole encounter, even though my sister is super annoying.
If I could give a negative stars, I would. My daughter whom just turned 18yrs was so proud to navigate adulthood was turned away. The teller claimed it was ‘security reasons’ but did proceed to help a white gentleman. Yes, my daughter is mixed and was wearing a dashiki after coming from a Juneteenth event she was volunteering at. Really?!?! I’m an advocate in the community, I will be sharing about this all over social media!
My husband and I were in this area buying a car and walked into this little branch when they were almost closing to get our loan. I really expected them to tell us there wasn’t time to do this and to come back the next day but Meleea Larsen the lead teller dedicated herself to our loan until closing. We walked out with a check and knowledge I had never known about the options with loans. She was professional, fast, and gave us her undivided attention. Thank you! Would recommend!
