Literally no way to talk to a human on the phone. Very important if you have banking needs to handle without going into a branch. I don’t know how this got approved by management but it feels like financial institutions should be required to allow you to talk to a teller. Edit to add: grateful for the owner responding to add the same robot phone number as a response. Great if you don’t want to talk to a person.
