I’ve had an account here for years and today got lousy service at the Centerville branch. Not the first time. Deposited a check from a local well known law firm and got question and made to feel like I’m a fraud risk. As well the teller let me know some funds would be released immediately but of course that didn’t happen. While the teller was back and forth with her supervisor (who never set foot on the floor) the line built up till it was out the door behind me. Debbie the bishop is amazing! She took the time to explain every detail of the loan process and guided me through each step to help me get approved using my international documents. She even called the appropriate departments to verify that all of my documents met the requirements, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.
