America First CU continues to have the lowest ratings for a CU that I can find and people continue to use them since they use all their "nonprofit" on marketing and mortar locations. Read the reviews or find out for yourself, either way have your wallet ready for their mistakes. They act higher than their members and are worse than big banks like Wells Fargo as far as fees and penalties and human robots that can't work outside the box. worst customer service - they close your card and your accounts without even asking you, and I didn’t have any financial problems nor late fees or payments due. very disappointed
First we waited with literally like 3 other cars to cash a damn check…. I push the Call button and they said I had to wait my turn basically. Well 45 mins later some random tells me they can’t cash my check. Well we got the manger and she was absolutely no help whatsoever! I just moved out to Herriman and will NEVER use that location if they paid to go there! Worst experience I’ve ever had with America First and I’ve been with them since the late 90’s
Banked here for a few years. Gone in person maybe a dozen times or so. The staff is kind and efficient. This bank has been great to us. As I see all the 1 and 2 star reviews, I don't understand how stupid some peoples complaints are.
