Absolutely terrible institution with terrible customer service-if I could give negative stars I would. I live in Southern California and after putting me through an exhausting verification process on the phone and successfully validating myself they tell me that since I live in California and since there isn't a physical branch here they wont be able to approve my membership. I had an incident where I came into deposit/cash a sizable check. When I approached the teller, there was no questioning or indication that this check should or would need to have the funds put on hold so that the check would clear. They proceeded to process the check and provide the money, but within five (5) days, the check came back as fraudulent; however, the funds from that check had already been depleted due to the fact that we had found out that it had been a scam. they charged me 25 dollars to run my credit and request a lower interest rate because my credit got better whats fair about this ? you also use the lowest credit score possible out of all credit scores again whats fair about this ? there is no fair credit act going on here with this credit union but whatever I'm very unhappy they charged me 25 dollars ontop of screwing me over with using a lower credit score then would be fair when they know I have a higher school on other scores Ross Goldstein
