There are some nice workers. I wanted to share something that has been very concerning. I witnessed America First permit one individual to drain a joint cd account of 250k early in 2024. The individual who drained the account had recently been added to their romantic partner's account. America First should have had protocols in place to alert the original owner of the account, and to at the very least require a signature before a sum of money this large could be taken. I went there about 4:30pm 7/5 and I pulled up to the window and I put my diposit in the draw and I started to push on it because I didn't how it works and the lady at the window cursed at me when it was clearly a accident. I heard her loud and clear she said what the f and I asked for a manager and she kept asking me why and I told her she didn't have to curse at it was a accident and when the manager finally came he seemed like he could care less. Please train her because my kid was in the back seat.

Terrible customer service! Will not go back to this branch. Unbelievable how we were treated because a woman didn’t want to go the do her job. Just needed to open an account to get my 14 year olds a debit card and she questioned my husband’s work schedule- “he works every day until 6pm and can’t sign a paper”. Yes he does. But thanks for being so nice about it. Also a good quote from her “yeah we can open an account for them without your husband but why would we? That’s so much work when they already have an account”.
