I bought a vehicle from America Auto, for $4000.00 in **************** ********, and they lied to me, telling me and my sister that all the fluids were checked and changed that it was a great vehicle. I seen vehicles on their website that looked really clean inside and out. I was looking for a truck and seen some in the price I was willing to pay for a clean vehicle. I called them and asked about the vehicles. They said they got the vehicles I asked about in the condition they were in. So I blew a day to drive 2.5 hours each way to look at 3 trucks. Zero stars if I could!!! I bought a Chevrolet equinox and found out that is has very bad rust underneath. Mechanics told me it was a safety issue. I called to ask for a refund and the guy who answered was rude and hung up on me. Will try calling the owner and see what he says but if they don’t give me a refund I will take this to small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I don't normally write reviews, but I cannot believe these guys are still in business after how they treat people. We payed a little more than $11,000 for a pickup that wouldn't start three days after purchase. They wouldn't allow us to return it and when my husband talked to them they had mentioned when it happened to them they just unplugged and re plugged the battery showing us they knew about this problem before they sold it. Don't go to this place. Sold us a car said no accidents and only one owner LIARS. 6 owners and had been in accident. When i tried to take to salesman image that never around. DO NOT GO HERE
