I wouldn't recommend this company if I was dying. My mother is at St Johns in Springfield with a major stroke. we were trying to have her moved up to Chicago to a rehabilitation center but this company wanted payment up front. they wouldn't work with us. very rude and unprofessional. tried to talk to a supervisor and was told they will not be around for a week.
