9 months nightmare- with still no aircon working. They told me I needed a new unit in attic, but after installing it, it was still doing the same thing the old one was doing, not blowing cold air. My old unit worked and was blowing, it just stopped blowing cold air. Many days without returning calls. "Fixed" my a/c and it was not working 3 months later so they did not find root cause obviously. Warranty provider assigned them again. There is no way to talk to a person at 247 American and whoever is texting doesn't have customer service skills. Changed to new provider through my warranty people.

Horrible customer service. Came with our home warranty got there copay and now can't get them on the phone. Been without ac since wed last week and we are 5 days later and they havnt even called the claim in yet according to ext warranty. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
