"Fixed" my a/c and it was not working 3 months later so they did not find root cause obviously. Warranty provider assigned them again. There is no way to talk to a person at 247 American and whoever is texting doesn't have customer service skills. Changed to new provider through my warranty people.

Horrible customer service. Came with our home warranty got there copay and now can't get them on the phone. Been without ac since wed last week and we are 5 days later and they havnt even called the claim in yet according to ext warranty. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
