All of the people who chose this company took multiple bids and chose them because they were the lowest one. You pay for what you get. They are cheap because the don’t give a swoot, and you chose them because you did’nt give a swoot either. Now, since you have paid them for a cheap job, stop complaining and live with a leaky roof. They were not cheap because they wanted to be your friend, they were cheap because they were garbage. Next time, get a better company who actually cares.

Have a home that’s 9 years old. My roof started leaking in multiple places recently. We had a few roofing companies come out and look at the issues. The roofers took videos in my attic and there are not only massive leaks, nails rusted and in the wrong places, but also black mold growing on our plywood. Our insulation has mold and no joke, we need a new roof after 9 freaking years. I was directed to you by my builder D R Horton for addressing issues with my roof which has past the builder warranty. Upon inspection, there were multiple issues noted during the original installation of shingles and nails, which resulted in roof leaks. Reading other comments here, I am not surprised. My house is 11 year old and so the age of roof. It is quite unfortunate to have to deal with issues due to improper installation of shingles so early. America 1st was the roofing company contracted for our whole neighborhood in Bothell. We recently started to see leaking issues after only 9 years! Turns out we needed to get our roof replaced. A good roof should last 30+ years. The roofer had no warranty and would not stand behind their work. When we got an inspection it turned out they had improperly nailed and ventilated the roof, which led to rapid degradation and mold. I have experienced significant issues with the quality of work provided. My brand new house developed a leak within two years—typically, roof shingles should last for 40 years, but it appears that the shingles used are of the lowest quality, lasting only five years.
