I was recommended to Chuck through another service that couldn't get to us. Chuck was extremely polite, and made it a point to get to us within half an hour. The issue was resolved within an hour of arrival. Chuck called me and let me know what the issue was and that it was fixed. I had no idea what to expect for the bill, being that I called him on a Sunday. The bill was not at all what I expected for the expediency to which he resolved the issue. Chuck is the absolute BEST!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He takes the time to explain what is going on and what he has to do to fix it. They get things done in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

AmeriAir responded in the later evening, past normal business hours. They were very professional and courtious. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed in a timely manner. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone. They were a true blessing! Thank you very much!

I love a family business. Incredibly helpful, fast, and professional. Absolutely will use Ameriair for all my ac needs. I also love that it is veteran owned.
