I have owned my condo for 28 hrs in Clearwater and with Ameritech Management for 20yrs. The office staff has nothing but respect for each other and their associations. Mike Perez the owner runs a tight ship and also an open door policy for all board members and vendors. Druid Oaks has been quite pleased with Ameritech, I for one would not tolerate slander. I would like to share my experience with AmeriTech company, specifically with Casa del Sol Community Manager Jenny Kidd. She is an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful person, who is very lazy, discourteous, mean and rude. She never answers phone calls nor emails regardless of the emergency situation you've dealing with. She is very spiteful and corrupt. Her Board of directors at Casa Del Sol is corrupt as well. As I quoted be very careful when you lie. You know nothing but mlues. By florida law it is thst you are responsible for things that are done Wrong. You should makes plans even things don't work! BUSINESS WOMAN, BECAREFUL WITH YOUR LIES. YOU ARE A PRO. SEE YOU IN COURT!
Amer Tech should be very very careful in posting things that are not true! As people like me have letters, copies of phone calls, etc. What Tom and Scott have done and Said. Becareful your lies will catch up withyou. Protect your owners. Also, the grounds are very negelected, you blame Shipwatch all the time. Quit causing problems, you have enough. DO YOUR JOB TOM AND SCOTT. QUIT HARASSING THE DISABLE. THERE WILL BE MORE.

Today I had the dire misfortune to speak with bob kelly & it did NOT go well. This man needs to CHECK HIS ATTITUDE when he is dealing with clients. UNPROFESSIONAL & SNARKY is the nicest thing I could come up with to describe my latest interaction with this man.
