A inspection was ordered on my home. Lindsey Hodges of AmeriSpec in Loganville was the office who did the inspection. Her inspector did the wood checks with invasive tools that he admitted to, that caused damages to my home. I have been contacting the local branch as well as corporate. The owner is rude and will not take count ability.

Don came and inspected a house for us during the due diligence time. He arrived on time. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Don has been doing this for many years! He walked me through every inch of our new house. He was not in a hurry. He reminded me several times that he works for us and that his job is to make sure that we have as much information about the house as possible so that we can make good decisions with our purchase. Don't waste your money and time with this company. Paid them to do my inspection because my realtor suggested them. Likely because they do such a poor job and he knew they were going to give a positive report so they can get their commission faster. All they do is test your outlets, sinks, appliances, stuff you can do yourself. Go with a different company.

They inspected two houses for me. Both times the inspections were very thorough, and I was provided with detailed information. The inspector was patient and courteous.
