I have been using Ameri-Pest for over 10 years at my house and my mothers. I have an annual Pest Control plan. The best part about it is that even though they respond to a call year round at no charge once you have annual coverage....we never have bugs...so we never have to call them accept for a renewal.*********************

Let me start by saying the company does excellent work. Their accounting practices leave much to be desired. For example, I received an invoice for $412.00 on 1/7/2022. The invoice is dated 1/1/2022. It indicates that $149.00 are 60 days overdue and that $263.00 are 30 days overdue. Both of these statements are blatantly false. Services had not been scheduled or performed and had never even been discussed until receipt of the 1/1/2022 invoice. I received Mr. ********** letter yesterday in the US Mail and I was in the process of answering said letter. The accounting at Ameri-Pest has been done the same way for as many years (9) as I have been the manager. Our Statements are mailed on the 1st of every month, hence the 1/1/2022 date. The Statement that he received is just that, a Statement. It is not and invoice. We do not expect payment until the services are rendered. We have been utilizing the services of AmeriPest for over a year. We wanted a "pet-friendly" treatment as we have an indoor cat. When Bob came to our home to explain the service it was exactly what we wanted. The person who managed our treatment was efficient and polite. About 6 months ago was had a "massive" infestation of carpenter ants in our attic. They came out as promised and treated the entire attic as well as perimeter of the house.
