Was tested at the Lewisville locationTuesday, December 28th. Waited in line 4 hours. Told I would have my results back 24-48 hours...5 days later (125 hours) and I'm still waiting on my results. By now, I'm out of isolation, but still need documentation for work.
Bad listing: This place is both closed when advertised as open, and the sign on their door says they don’t do Covid testing, also as advertised. Please avoid.
Tested Sunday, it's Wednesday and I have not received my results. I have called and left voice-mails to no avail. I have no choice but to retest with another company. The staff members working at the facility were great. They are very organized considering the amount of people they test on a daily basis. However, there should be info provided on next steps if you don't receive your results.
