We had been considering a renovation for several years but didn’t know how to begin the process of engaging the right builder. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home extension by Amerex, from the initial design to the final handover, Steve and his team were professional, attentive to detail, clear communication, and within the initial budget. While we were living kilometers away; they kept us updated throughout the entire 8-month process and delivered a high-quality finish, keeping the character of the house. We selected Amerex Renovations to do our 1st renovation back in 2022/23 after selecting 3 builders to quote on the project. Our decision to pick Steve over the other 2 builders was he was thoughtful to our needs and offered good advise on how to do the project. Our intensions at the time were to renovate the entire house in 2 or 3 stages.
