We selected Amerex Renovations to do our 1st renovation back in 2022/23 after selecting 3 builders to quote on the project. Our decision to pick Steve over the other 2 builders was he was thoughtful to our needs and offered good advise on how to do the project. Our intensions at the time were to renovate the entire house in 2 or 3 stages. Stage 1 was the front and 1st floor areas of our home, then the back of the home so we could still live in the house during construction. We recently completed a major renovation with Amerex, adding a second storey and making some fantastic changes to our ground floor — and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our project encompassed the partial demolition of the rear of the house, and then remodelling it to provide a new kitchen and meals area, a new bathroom and laundry: outside, french doors and a new balcony allowed warmth and light to transform a sunless 1960s utility sleep-out.
